Do you have a studio?

Currently, I do not have a personal studio but I do set up in my apartment. If there is not enough space for client(s) in apartment, I will inquire about a bigger space and let you know if the location is open.

Do you take outdoor pictures?

Yes! I do take outdoor photos. For these sessions I ask that you have a backup location indoors in case the weather is not great.* If you would like to reschedule the shoot for outdoors I can do that but there is no guarantee for a session in your earliest convenience.

Do I need to bring my own props for themed and or themed studio shoots?

No and yes. You will not need to bring your own props to either outdoor themed locations and or studio if you choose to do an add-on theme at checkout. There is an added price, $25-30, to your package if you want themed shoots. There is no added fee if you bring your own props as long as you talk to the photographer first. Please discuss your ideas with photographer first. I do provide seating for clients to sit on for non-themed shoots.

Themed shoots include: balloons, very specific backdrop style, designs, physical objects

How far are you willing to travel to take photos?

I am willing to travel up to 1 hour to a location. I live in Boston, MA and Lawrence, MA (willing to travel to NH as well as far as Hampton Beach). Over 1 hour will be an extra fee of $40.

What is the youngest age of your clients?

I can shoot 1 year and up!

Do you create the concept for clients?

Yes and No. I do ask that clients have an idea in mind of what they want their theme to look like and be if they do have a scenery in mind (usually for younger clients). I do advise clients on some ideas so the scenery can be as simplistic as possible and not too much going on. A 15-30 minute call, or text will take place once booked to discuss the clients desired shoot. For my model shots, I will usually come up with a concept.

What do you specialize in?

I specialize in portrait photography which captures the personality and likeness of a person or group of people.

Do you print photos?

Yes! On the gallery that you will be given, there is an option to print photos with any package available. This is third-party. I do also send digitally where you can download from the gallery.

Do you accept Cash?

No. A retainer is required which I prefer online via booking site PayPal/Venmo and or Debit or Credit.

What form of payments are accepted?

I can take online payment via booking site PayPal/Venmo and or Debit or Credit. This is subject to change.

Will I get refunded if I cancel my session?**

Yes and no, in order to get the full down-payment retainer back you MUST cancel 72 hours (3 days) before session. If weather is bad, we can reschedule date and retainer will remain. If you want to fully cancel due to weather with no date in mind or early convenience, a full retainer will be given back. No guarantee at your earliest convince due to client load.

Do you take maternity photos?

I haven’t taken much maternity photos but not opposed. Please reach out to me if you are interested.

Can I choose my own location?

Yes! You can choose any location as long as you are authorized to be there and not too far (1 hour away). Helpful location ideas:

Outdoors:

• Park, field, backyard, beach, playground, porch, etc.

• Arnold Arboretum, Seaport, Downtown, Castle Island, College Campus, Museum of Fine Arts, Larz Anderson Park, Revere Beach…etc.

• Hampton Beach and surrounding area of NH exception!

Indoors (with studio equiptment):

• Basement, living room, kitchen, bedroom, friends house, authorized space elsewhere, etc. (make sure there is enough space for backdrop to go up, wall space, and room for me to take pictures at least 10ft. back)

What is the latest time you take photos?

For studio sessions, the last session ends at 8pm year round. For outdoor sessions, in the fall and winter, the last session ends at 5:45pm. During the spring and summer the last session ends at 8pm.

What is the turnaround for photos?

The turnaround is about 3 weeks days after the shoot. Sometimes earlier depending on workload.

Should I bring anything to the shoot?

Yes! Please bring comfortable shoes, any makeup/blotting papers, lotions/oils, and beverages if you want. This applies to indoor/outdoor shoots.
